Terms of Booking:

• Payment to be made at the point of booking.

• Please do not book or attend appointments if you are feeling unwell of if you are displaying symptoms of any infectious illness. If you are unable to attend due to an infectious illness, please inform me as soon as possible. Your appointment will be rescheduled and payment carried forward to the new appointment. You are able to reschedule this appointment once before appointment is cancelled and payment is lost.

• Cancellations need to be made at least 48 hours before appointment time. Refunds will not be provided for cancellations with less than 48 hours notice. Payments made for appointments will be carried forward to new appointment time if rescheduled within the 48 hour notice period or if you are unable to attend due to an infectious illness.

• You are only able to reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours before your appointment time. If you do need to reschedule, your new scheduled appointment will need to be within 3 weeks of your original appointment date (subject to availability). You are able to reschedule your appointment twice before your appointment is cancelled and payment is lost.

• Refunds will not be provided to clients who do not arrive for appointments or fail to provide notice. Prepaid treatments / block bookings / gift voucher appointments not attended by clients will not be refunded or carried over.
