Zone Face Lift is a brilliant new facial treatment, focusing on naturally ageing well, reducing stress and releasing emotions held in the face.
It combines facial reflexology with Japanese facial massage techniques, and is influenced by Native American healing herbs in products. It uses pressure-point massage & facial tools to lift and sculpt the face.

I trained with Ziggie Bergman at The London School of Reflexology. Ziggie created Zone Face Lift after many years of practicing Reflexology and studying with Native American shaman and healers in New Mexico.

Individual Treatments
Zone Face Lift can be taken as individual treatments:
60 mins - ZFL + Facial Reflexology
After consultation you will recline on the heated treatment couch, your face will be cleansed, and then relaxed with hot towels. A facial elixir will be applied and you will receive a full facial reflexology treatment, followed by facial massage incorporating facial tools; Facial Gua Sha, to release muscle tension and stagnation, encourage lymphatic drainage, iron out fine lines and wrinkles, improve blood flow and circulation, and Acupressure roller to stimulate nerve endings.

90 Mins - ZFL + Classic Facial + Facial Reflexology
This treatment includes all of the above but adds a classic facial. Includes cleanse, exfoliate, mask, toner, serum, eye cream and moisturiser in addition to the facial reflexology and Zone Face Lift massage treatments.

90 Mins - ZFL + Facial Reflexology + Foot Reflexology: Add in an extra level of relaxation by adding 30 mins of foot reflexology to your facial reflexology and Zone Face Lift treatment, instead of the classic facial element. (Introductory price of £80.00 as a follow-on treatment)

The effects of Zone Face Lift are cumulative, often changes can be seen after one treatment with more significant changes noticeable after 3-4 weekly treatments and the benefits are increased with regular continued treatments.
Treatment Packages
A treatment package is designed to give you the best possible results and provide a new way to naturally age well. Treatment plans are bespoke, customised each week to best serve you.
ZFL SUPER SIX
6 x weekly or bi-weekly treatments at an introductory price of £380. This will include a wellbeing consultation (if required), 5 x 60 min ZFL + Facial Reflexology treatments &
1 x 90 minute treatment including your choice of an added classic facial or foot reflexology to the Facial Reflexology & Zone Face Lift Massage.
A Gua Sha tool & Zone Face Lift Elixir will also be provided for you to use at home (worth £93).
To achieve the best possible results, clients will be guided with techniques to use at home in between treatments, as well as any recommended lifestyle changes to improve wellbeing. This may include suggestions such as, drinking more water, reviewing current skincare products for toxicity, change in diet or exercise habits, all with the aim of supporting the client to make positive changes to achieve their desired outcome.
ZFL MINI FACE LIFT
2 x 60 min ZFL + Facial Reflexology treatments plus 1 x 90 minute treatment with your choice of an added classic facial or foot reflexology. Introductory price of: £180.
The ZFL MINI FACE LIFT package is ideal in preparation for a wedding, or special occasion, or when you want a boost to feel & look your best. Appointments are ideally scheduled within a timeframe of 10-14 days.

What To Expect at Your ZONE FACE LIFT Treatment
After consultation, you will recline on the heated treatment couch, supported with pillows and covered in a blanket. I will apply the Zone Face Lift Rose & Geranium cleanser and use hot towels to remove it, which also relaxes your facial muscles. Zone Face Lift Elixir (infused with amethyst, white sage and designed to reduce fine lines and wrinkles and nourish the skin) will be applied and the facial reflexology sequence will commence.
During the facial reflexology treatment I will use gentle pressure to stimulate reflex points on the face. I work at a much slower, gentler and soothing pace during a facial reflexology treatment, compared to foot reflexology, due to the fragile nature of the skin. As a result, most clients find this treatment incredibly relaxing, and many drift off to sleep before the facial reflexology part of the treatment has finished. I will then introduce some reflexology tools into the treatment, using mushroom Gua Sha to release tension in the face, an acupressure roller to stimulate and invigorate and a facial Gua Sha to release tension, drain lymphatics and to sculpt and tone the face.
This will be followed by invigorating and stimulating Zone Face Lift facial massage techniques, which are designed to lift and sculpt the facial contours, smooth away fine lines and wrinkles and also tighten a sagging neck line. The treatment will end after hot towels have removed any excess elixir, and a toning spritz of Magical Mist and Zone Face Lift Daily Radiance Moisturiser are applied.
You also have the option of adding a classic facial or foot reflexology to this treatment either of which will leave you feeling blissfully relaxed and floating out of the treatment room!
At the end of the treatment, I will share any feedback with you, and give you some aftercare recommendations such as specific reflex points or massage techniques that you can work on at home. My aim is for you to leave experiencing a sense of inner calm, a greater sense of wellbeing and benefiting from a glowing, lifted and rejuvenated complexion.

Client Aftercare Information
- Drink plenty of water in the next 24 hours to aid the detoxifying process
- Avoid make-up if possible to let the skin breathe for an hour after treatment
- Rest as much as possible after treatment to help the body heal itself
- Avoid stimulants over the next 24 hours such as tea, coffee and alcohol as these may interfere with detoxification. Also avoid eating a heavy meal for at least 1 hour after treatment
- Be careful if driving as reactions may be slower
- Some reactions are part of the healing process and a sign your body is eliminating toxins. It is normal for you to feel any of the following: Feeling cold, thirsty, mild headache, feeling emotional, mild tiredness, runny nose, needing to visit the toilet more frequently
